Based in London, I am an Ayurvedic Consultant, and a fully qualified Yoga Instructor with 20 yearsexperience. My personalised programs (Ojas Plan™️) include advice about a suitable diet, lifestyle, breathing techniques, yoga, meditation and herbal medicine to treat any ongoing symptoms or just to maintain a healthy balanced life.

Yoga and Ayurveda offer a real alternative to pharmaceuticals with the smallest change in our lifestyle making the biggest difference.

Yoga

Find out about yoga with me as part of a plan, in group classes, or private sessions, which are ideal for those who have a particular requirement needing attention, including pregnancy, recovery from an injury or illness, or a desire to focus on a specific aspect of yoga.

I have been running community based Yoga classes for over 15 years and am completely passionate about keeping yoga accessible to and affordable for all.

Ayurveda

As a sister science to yoga, Ayurveda takes a natural and holistic approach to the overall health of mind and body by looking at herbs, diet, daily routines, massage, movement, breathing and meditation, to bring everything into harmony.

With an incorrect diet, challenging lifestyles, and difficult relationships, our mind and body can easily become out of balance, causing physical, mental and emotional disorders. Our immune systems weaken and become more open to viruses and disease.

Ayurveda is highly effective in treating most health issues from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Arthritis, and Skin complaints to Menstrual & Menopausal related symptoms, and Urinary Infections, among many others.

In a consultation, you can discuss your symptoms with me and I will prepare a lifestyle plan then walk you through every part of your journey.
